when one person makes a difference in another's life by befriending her 'I found my best friend that day And we stuck together for life'

What to do

How to play

You’re different from all the rest

On that day you are new

They point and stare

Laugh because you don’t have a clue

And you feel all alone

The girls make you stay away

Because you’re not a Barbie clone

The boys reject anybody with b***s

Then you meet your rescuer

And maybe you’re not as alone as it looked

Maybe you met getting water

Or competing against each other

Now life is looking up

A hand tugs you forward

Pulling you out of that rut

I found my best friend that day

And we stuck together for life

Oh! the woes of school period! I used to just move along, no longer caring after several moves, every couple of years a new school, new town, new people... No matter where I went, I never fit it, so I circulated, survival mode on, At ALL times...:)
Nicely done. Once a friend is found and you feel no longer alone, it helps, we are human, always needing another, loneliness is always a terrible place to crouch.
