Late Night Trip

Late Night Trip

A Poem by Jordan A. Wilson

Star blasts, light the sky

Embers hot, glowing dances

Smoke rises, dust settles

At the foot of the fire

Looking up

Psychedelic orchestra

A surreal midnight voyage

Not an ear to hear

No one there to share

A rollin’ stone I’ll remain

Tumblin’ without a care

I can say only that this is a wonderful piece. I am sure if I sat on it for quite sometime I could find a negative, but I don't want to.
