You can't like it all that much, though. After all, you're reading my profile when you could be writing something yourself. Something thought-provoking. Something funny. Something fantastical. Something about your cat.

I'm a grad student. Sounds glitzy, doesn't it? It's not. It's reading and writing and critique and more writing. Oh, I'm not studying English or Writing or anything like that. I'm studying Development.

Why?

Because I'm utterly mad. I cling desperately to the notion that things can change for the better. People, opinions, structures, society. I want to save the world. Or at least, I do not want to be instrumental in its downward spiral.

Also, I write. I write lots of words and then read it and then scribble all over it and re-write it because it's nonsensical cupboard muck.

I also jot down silly poems when I'm drunk.
