I'm a young college dropout who loves her job. I work with severely disabled children at United Cerebral Palsy. I also babysit for a few families. I've been a writer all my life, and recently decided I might attempt an entrance into the world of publication. Being that I've always been very secretive about my work, I have no idea if I'm good (except that I've been told by my many past teachers I am). I'm honest - to a fault. I love to read (a given in this community I'd hope). My favorites are I Never Promised You a Rose Garden, The Things They Carried, A Tree Grows In Brooklyn, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, and many more. Including, I admit, all the Harry Potter books. But no, I do not read, nor do I take interest in the Twilight series. I also love music and movies. I'm kind of a movie buff. I've been compared to a hippie, which is usually intended as an insult, but it just gives me a good chuckle. So that's it. I've loved and lost. I've lived and laughed. My favorite quote "Wherever you go, go with all your heart," said by Confucius. I believe in passion! I just want to be the happiest girl in the world. =) Peace out.
