Shannen

Hey there! My name's Shannen, otherwise known as Shan. I'm 17 and from Ireland :)

I'm new to all this but thought i would give it a bash as i enjoy writing in my spare time, i like it as a hobbie but i'm not thinking about pursuing a career in writing at the moment.. i am slightly concerned about posting my story, as the book i'm currently writing is aimed for a younger age group, how and ever i'll post it up anyway!

Not really to sure what else to write but noticed how others have wrote about their motto's and so on..so three motto's i like to live by are;
"Work hard, play hard",
"Live life to the max" and
"Don't do to others what you wouldn't want done to yourself"....

Winston Churchill once said "Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it"..i think there are many people in the society we live in that could take a leaf out of his book, so many mistakes are being unnecessarily made in the world during these times, history holds answers if people just cared to look at them...
