Salt, ice,

razor, knife,

I've got what I need

to take my own life

I hung for one plus twenty-five

I am still alive

I am here today

I am here to stay

I could take my last breath

but I'm saying no to death

I have been found

I'm done for today

but oh by the way

I remember the disappointment i felt within myself when u sent this poem to me on text...i almost cried because i could never imagine losing a friend like you Abby. You know, you may think you are alone in all of this, but you've got a friend standing right here trying to tell you she's gonna be here for you through it all. I'm right here! See that I'm not going anywhere and I'm here for you. You are a good friend and I would be devistated if i lost you.
I don't say this to make myself look good Abby, I could honestly not give a s**t what others think of me. They could think im the lowest of the low and I'd still be fine. Because it's how I myself feel about ME. K?
I'm always here for you Abby. And I'm glad you're here to stay. < 3
