Satisfaction

Satisfaction

A Poem by Adam
"

Hell

"

I have given up on satisfaction; it doesn't exist.

I don't have to get what I want to have what I need.

What will it take for you to see the moments missed.

You waste life, passing opportunity without heed.

There is just so much love left without expression,

and I cannot understand where it is life and love part.

So I replay memeories in my mind with rapid succession.

Only to see what has been eating away at my heart.

I am not a complicated man, just a desperate lover.

So I will retreat to where my heart may find cover.

Aw, Adam...I feel like we are chips off of the same red block.
My favorite line, "What will it take for you to see the moments missed."
I really enjoyed this. It was very...real to me.
