This has an interesting idea behind it, and is very interpretive. I'm not sure how to understand it though, there is a lot of questions that I am asking. Overall its a good write, but in the future you should make a more clear statement.

Thanks for the input! I wrote this thinking about what people notice about what they do, and if people realize the full impact of their actions. In my mind, the rain portion is addressing whether or not someone will just let loose and live for a while. The second part is about realizing how your actions affect other peoples lives. I hope this helps you understand it.
