'His charm..... Her Beauty..... Who wouldn't dance the night away?"

 

 

I’ve been talking to my angel today

 Not to worry she said, it will be alright

She said to let her cry for awhile

 

She sat on a gray cloud of ashes

Her wings were split and torn

Tears flowed down her virgin cheeks

 

The Gospel of Matthew cast her away

Never to be on the side of the angels again

Her angelic heart turned to stone and dust

 

My angel danced with the devil today

Their music caused pain to my ears

Innocence was lost and Hell was victorious

 

His hands slowly caressed her spirit

Temptation to love him was allowed

Lucifer smiled as they made love

 

The decision to fall from grace was hers

His fires burned and consumed her soul

The dance was short and eternity lost

 

Hell’s gates flew open for her to fly in

The suffocating fires grabbed her soul

Her tears of Holy Water became salt of pain

 

Her screams were muffled by fire

She was blinded by darkness not light

The beast completed her with death

Whoa! That was kinda frightening. To lose a guardian angel is to lose something very precious. You've used vivid imagery.While reading I felt as if it all was happening in front of me.It flowed very well, from one verse to the next.
