"A Spider's Web..."

"A Spider's Web..."

A Poem by Chris
"

Mmmmmhmmm...

"

"A Spider's Web..."

Do you ever go any 'where'?
Just for the sake of - GOING!
Knowing you CAN...
Knowing there IS no reason nor rhyme
no thought, restriction,
just...YOU...GOING...some...WHERE -

just because you CAN!

I've mostly been inner, outer sounds a little more romantic, and a little less schizophrenic.

hmm
I like this, feel like a mouse debating rather to take the cheese off of a trap.
So as in life kind of like. Nicely done!

LOL! I've been so many places just because I could.

Sometimes I feel that I'm travelling in all directions at once, just because.

I think Life is best for one who has seen the moon from more than one beach, tasted water out of mountian streams, jumped from airplanes, rode air balloons, eaten strange cuisines with strange people, seen where Ghandi lived, where Jesus died, where Bob Marley slept as a child, on his rock pillow.....and a thousand other interesting things just because one can.

Great poem.

Most often, I've felt trapped in that spider's web.

I once crossed a train bridge just because it was there. I was thinking it might make a good short cut, but it wasn't that much shorter. It was tough to walk across because the spaces between the ties were wider than my feet, and there was a raging river below. Of course there was also the fear that a train might be coming. So, all-in-all there was no rhyme or reason to that... it was... just because.

I went for a walk in the rain, with knowledge aforethought that conditions were duck-like
