Across Oceans

Across Oceans

A Poem by The Last Poetic King
"

poem

"
Walk away from the things that trouble you
There is no reason to be afraid, any longer.
Here now, together in this moment

The prettiest demon that one could ever see
Believe that there is more to this endless sea
Bound by rope, hearts on a string
Play a little tune,
Bitter sweet

Call for me in the dark and I will seek
Because your heart is a blinding light for all to see
And you will never have to be afraid
This body was made to shelter the pain

Maybe now you can see,
What you clearly are..
A wondrous work of art; a miracle
Something one could simply not live without

Well hear the trumpets roar,
The children dancing in the storm
Give your hand and we will be set free
Across oceans,
Into the skies,
Far from all
Together with you,
Or together with me
Never fear what you can't see,
For I am your eyes,
And you are my heart
