Translation:

I'm heartbroken
I lay the sun within me
a different world
a sad heart
only your breath
can wake me up
only your memory
takes to kill me.

I wish for you
always happiness

Wish I could read the original, too!
But I like the antithesis in it:

"Only your breath
can wake me up
Only your memory
Takes to kill me"

Reality is conflicting and conflicted like that and so is love and having a broken heart
So it's a good work
