A Warm Embrace

A Warm Embrace

A Poem by Ralphy
"

Flowers of scared love

"

Nymphaea hollandia in pink or in white
A flower that’s radiant in accented light
Water lilies are beautiful, but a simpler name
I love giving them, to those of the same
Rainbow flowers signifies the rain
Colorful adaptations, lifting the pain
The lotus flower is scares in deed
Your life is a blessing, from this tiny little seed
Love has many ways, to share with you
The freshness of morning, Like after the dew
Picking these flowers with the sun in my face
I give them to you, with a warm embrace

Shows great accentuation for the written word

I agree with the comments below, very passionate and colorful

one can feel the heart in every word, its a vision embracing the idea of loveliness

This is very sweet, and I absolutely love how each flower represents something different, a different emotion or purpose or..... i dunno.... This was great.

I saw one typo, "I love given them" doesn't make sense.... maybe "I love giving them"?

There is great skill and art in giving emphasis of an affectionate message with each flower. There is great form and good rhythm in this poem.

The words paint a picture well, early morning dews on colorful flowers. The choice of words is perfect.

This is a great piece.
