THE FIRST TIME

THE FIRST TIME

A Poem by Bear

The fall of innocence occurred with little resistance
In fact my clothing came off with her assistance
While I had planned it to take time, starting with the face
She had other plans and turned it into some kind of race
It came and went with a blur of unexplainable emotion
While she was just warming me up with some hand lotion
A groan escaped me as I convulsed in rapture and joy
My face reddened for she had yet her true skills to employ
Though I tried to beg her forgiveness she said no need
The first time is often like this, as my back she did knead
Just catch your breath and get dressed when you are able
And don't be ashamed, many fall asleep on the massage table

u r welcome! :)
When I started writing I though this was something else. And I was like "Woah, I didnt it was supposed to be about this." and then at the end I was like "Well... That escalated quickly."

Ha! At first I was like "What! this had no mature warning!" and the I was just laughing at the end. I love poems with a twist at the end, it changes the story completely. Another great write!

This was very creative and funny. Remembering the first time and turning it into a poem. This line I'm serious really made me laugh out loud when I got to the last word. Just so you know I always read poems out loud because a poem is suppose to have sound. Well this is the line:

"While she was just warming me up with some hand lotion"

This was mu laugh of the day, so glad I read this one.

I like this very much! I love that you've taken such an intimate experience and shared it in a charming way. The rhyming makes it fun and smooth to read so your choice not to punctuate much was great!
