Confusion

I'm choking on my words

I don't know what to say

My heart is so heavy

I feel like crying but no tears fall

I'm drowning in my thoughts 

Suffocating by the lack of release

Trying to block out the noise with meaningless events in my life

Its nice for a moment

Then back to the same old confusion
