By definition:
Something our forms
produce

When shone on
by a light

But when in
a light
we produce many things

Thoughts
Actions
Words
Legacies

In the light
what we worked so hard on
In the dark
becomes shown

Unless you don’t go
In the light

If you exist
In the dark

Do you carry
a shadow
that no one else
can see
will see

If you exist
indistinguishable
from your past

What will happen when you
go
In the light?

Will you lose
who were?

Or will you even cast
a shadow
at all?
