Untouched Heart

Some hearts are healed
Some are broken

Some are locked away
Some are open

This is usually how it is for eternity
But some how, except for me

I've been growing patterns across my face
And a coil swirling around my base

I have been untouched by sweet lover's kiss
Because the ball is too fast, so I swing and miss.

I loved how you wrote this is in nice couplets with a great flow of rhyming. I know how it feels to have my heart broken and believe me it sucks and you feel like the world stops for a moment. Nothing in the world matters more than the guy that you wished that wouldn't have said good-bye. My heart has always been open and repeatedly broken. I'd rather had my heart untouched than touched at all. Well done, for writing a piece that is different and so real. :)
