Just words.

Thank you Tumblr-Milo Moiré

                                      Beautiful girl

She danced a circle dance for the moon and the stars.
Her hair flowed freely in the warm nightly breeze.
I told the kind moon, thank you for sending me the gift of kind and gentle woman.

She came closer to me and she whispered. "The sea is alive tonight. The dancing waves and the goddess of the sea demand dance, embrace and sweet kisses. " She took my hands and I held her soft body near and we did a midnight waltz for the spirits dancing with us near the Pacific ocean.

She made  no promises to me, but her tender kisses made my dead heart come alive. Made me wish we could be like new lovers trying to take in the night and find secret places where lovers seek and know true and free comfort.

I  told her. Sweet girl. You made my wishes and dream come true . I need your laughter and  I need you near to me when the night become lonely and cold. You are my medicine to finding joy and happiness.

She gave me a sweet smile and she whispered to my yearning ears. "Dear Poet. Never run from love, my lover. Love gifts are rare and few. Let's drink the sweet red wine and I will allow you to hold me tightly in my sleeping bag by the sea. I will be your Beatrice, poor dear Dante wished for. I love you Johnnie. Tomorrow is far away. Tonight we sing and dance for the stars and the moon."

Two people danced upon the shore. Blessing the night and the moon smiles and the stars danced for the lovers finding the utopia and the kiss and the embrace.

First of all, I've been wanting to comment on how many of your poems describe a woman & even tho there are many of this genre, each is unique & could be a different woman. It's clear you honor & respect women. Oh, if only more men could get this. This might be one of my all-time faves of yours (albeit, I've read fewer than a dozen). As I was reading, I felt like I was being entranced, myself, by a beautiful woman -- even tho I'm not inclined to be attracted by women -- but I do love the way women are, just as you obviously do, too. If every man viewed women as you do, there would not be so many rapes & abuses running rampant. Thanks for doing your part to share the love!

So magnificent! I admire your writings so much. It's like whenever you move your pen, it's nothing but magic afterwards. Really beautiful this piece was.

Love magnified and glorified. In pure gold. :)

"where lover seek" change to "lovers"
"the night become lonely" to "becomes"

A lovely story of love by the sea. Longing to hold each other close through the night. Well done my friend.

Thank you dear friend. I appreciate the comment.
This was beautifully written, Coyote. I've forgotten how enjoyable your story-like poems are to read. The imagery is just amazing and the way you create this atmosphere of 'love' and 'romance' is just breathtaking. I think we all long for nights where morning seems far away and we feel the warmth of another next to us on the beach. Beautifully written, my friend. Keep it coming!

Thank you Ian for reading and I agree.
Just words? I think not, a mesmerizing seaside scene of love is what this is. A soft and tender moment under a wondrous moon with a beautiful woman and a meoldic ocean as the background. Just words? Not this time friend. :)
