If it be, your will

If it be, your will

A Poem by Coyote Poetry
"

Remembering Leonard Cohen

"
                                   If it be, your will
" The flame of love
You were the prettiest flower in the garden and
I brought you close and I stole a kiss.

I told you, dear lover. When I look into your eyes,
the flame of love is raging in gladness and appreciation.
You are my miracle and my wonder,
My blessing."
"If it be, your will

I found you by the sea, I asked you, my dearest sea flower.
Shall we dance for the ocean, for the moon and the stars?
It is the magic hour of the night, my beloved.
You smiled and you took my hands,
We danced with the moving wave,
allow wordless night to become our Fall blessing.
You whispered to me. Words are meaningless,
a majesty love need two people to stand against the hurricane of life,
never allow love to whither away,
make each new day, holy and a blessing."

dear John... the sea knows more about romance and the dance
than all the phantoms in mysterious escapades in towers in the sky....
You have captured the music of the waves and the heart's desire.
Love's hurricane has subsided into a peaceful dream. truly, Pat

He is indeed...

It is invariably a pleasure to read your work and my comments always .. read more
' You are my miracle and my wonder, - My blessing." - "If it be, your will .. '

If that isn't a lifetime's invitation to come-stay, I don't know what it is. As ever your words romance space, so many loves, all as precious as each other, dreams, memories. Now's the time to sit in a chair and look out on my life! Thank you for sharing your gentle words.

Another worldly look at love.

Sings to my heart this piece! Your closing sentences are truth, and a step away from your usual style.
