Angela

Angela

A Poem by Coyote Poetry
"

We can fall so low and deep. Need someone to pull us up to see daylight.

            Angela

Her beauty has lessen with time.
The circle of darkness surround her beautiful blue eyes.
Lack of sleep and proper diet.
Left her beaten, betrayed and dreams limited to daily survival.
In her 21 years of life.

Her blue eyes brought me to her.
Her long legs that went on for miles.
Were still temptation for the soul wanting too little now.

Her fearless eyes turn soft as she tremble in the face of tenderness.
I tell her please stay with me. We will have no secrets.

I have been living on borrow kisses, loan embraces and leased love.
I whisper I have been waiting for you.

We have nothing to lose.
All we have is painful and harsh desires that brought us together.

Sweet Angela looks into my eyes.
Searching.

She tells me I'm dirty with sin.
I have abandon all who have try to love me.
I don't deserve you.
Her hand holding my hand so tightly.

I whisper my fallen Angel.
There are few saints anyway.
I will take you places you have never been.
We will walk on long beaches.
Drink wine and talk till the sun falls into the sea.
I will hold you like you were my first love.

When the dusk come.
We eat and talk.
Fall on my soft bed.
I will find your secret softness.

I will whisper a liar pray.
Tell you how beautiful and wonderful you are.
I will explored you with delight and discover all your  hidden secrets.

I look into  her blue eyes as her slender body move over my flesh.
 A small tear appear.
She whisper I will leave before the morning light.

I smile and caress her beautiful face.
Whisper we have lost nothing.
I just wanted to see your smile and hear your voice.

I will be here when you need me.
Angela kisses me and lays her head into my chest.

Sometimes in life you fall and sometimes you are just lucky enough to have that special someone who helps you along. I loved the lines:
"I have been living on borrow kisses, loan embraces and leased love.
I whisper I have been waiting for you."
Beautifully written. Loved it.

I could really feel the emotional burden that Angela carries, and I can feel yours as well. You want nothing more than to save her and it sounds like your love truly can. I only noticed a few things that didn't flow well for me, but it wasn't anything major; most likely typos. I love the story you have captured here and it seems to have touched a lot of hearts.

A sad yet very tender and loving poem. I agree, when we've fallen and are so terribly lost we need someone to pull us out. Those are the Angels come to us. This is wonderful. Love it.

it is hard for some to see the light in their life. You have showed this with your poetic pen. At least she knows there is a place for her when she needs it, and she knows love, even if she cant fully accept it.

Wonderful. I have really come to enjoy the brush strokes of your words as you paint these sketches that blend the colors of the physical and emotional worlds in which we dwell. Another fine masterpiece. Well Done.
