this oozes of trust...it wrings throughout the piece.
she trusts the artist, the man, to paint her as he sees fit. But the suggestion is that he will paint her with respect and love, and display the paintings with the pride that she and he are one.

I never took you to be a subserviant woman so I am guessing this is pure poetry lol! It flows well and has a romantic and womanly tinge to it. More a water colour than an oil so soft and actualy quite gentle.
