Tomorrows Fate In Today's Hands

A message of encouragement.

Today this world is still filled with such majestic beauty

No matter how sadly stained and horridly fading

Indeed In need of desperate care and healing

That none should deny its time to make a stand

Unfortunately we continue slumbering while waiting

It's time, rise up now with an out reached hand

Wipe away the tears tainted and polluted

Then with voices of honest reason start creating

To let those with open ears hear so they may begin feeling 

An urgency to see we've just let it be, for far to long

The wrongs caused are ignorant and misguided

Needed is the powers that be, need to be kneeling 

 

All Weaknesses flee, as we grow strong as we can

We need to all awake to take back our world

From birth we've been herded without love or affection

Show the children, Tomorrows fate is in today's hands

It's time to turn our attention inward, thus to command

the return of that which they have been stealing

As injustice rapidly continues escalating

Now gone for good, yet again at hand, was yesterdays duty

Wonderful message!
I think everyone feels that the problems of the world are too big but they're not.
If we start with ourselves, our families, communities... We make small joins that join with everyone else's small changes like a large cozy quilt over our world. Patched up.
