Morning Murmurs

Morning Murmurs

A Poem by Cherrie Palmer

I look to thee,

through sleepy eyes.

Your teasing smile,

is pure delight.

Langured bodies still entwined.

Bathe beneath the window light.

Morning murmurs hover low.

As the waiting day must wait some more.

The pitter patter of tiny feet spring in the air.

As we pretend to sleep.

Aww yes, I remember those days, when sex was the best part of waking up. Now it's coffee and kids! I miss the pitter patter of those tiny little feet, the energy I wanted so desperately to bottle!

Yes we could make Millions if only we could.
That was really cute, I enjoyed this early morning rendezvous even if there were slight pauses involved. : )

Old vices are hard to break. :) A touch of eroticism, romance and love for tiny people who like to leave a mess. lol Like it.

How lovely Cherrie. The pitter patter of tiny feet drawing closer. We pretend to sleep. Wonderful early morning ambience of a love in for mum and dad. Could picture this so well.
