Morning MurmursA Poem by Cherrie Palmer
I look to thee,
through sleepy eyes. Your teasing smile, is pure delight. Langured bodies still entwined. Bathe beneath the window light. Morning murmurs hover low. As the waiting day must wait some more. The pitter patter of tiny feet spring in the air. As we pretend to sleep. © 2023 Cherrie PalmerReviews
