It Hurts

Its hard to let go of someone you know you once had.

Its like one day they are there and then the next

They are gone leaving you for someone else.

They know the way you feel for them

But they dont care.

It hurts to say that and understand it but its life.

You know you try to give all your love

But it does not seem to be enough for them.

They say love never comes their way.

But at that same moment love was right there

In front of their face but they didnt see it

Because they never even paid that much attention.

They are always saying you are to sweet and

Why are you always that way towards me?

Why do you love me so much?

It hurts when you love someone so much and they dont even love you back.

To spill out all of your feelings toward them and

All they say is awe that is sweet.

That really hurts.

They say I love you as much as you say it to them.

But how do you know they really mean it?

It seems like once someone shows that they care,

They try to run away from that feeling.

Its hard love so much and then get nothing in return.
