I Sit And Suffer

Writers block

I have something I need
to get off my chest
something I need to write down,
but I don't know what to say,
so I sit and suffer
I know there are different ways
to say what I have to say,
but to me they don't make sense
and I sit and suffer,
with blank pages and a pen in hand
I sit and suffer
feeling invisible without words that flow
to bring me back to life
as I sit and suffer

WRITERS BLOCK.....is a Sufferage that I wish not upon my poetic enemy...lol...I have never had it, because I am always reading and thinking but you have captured it wonderfully.....I love it love it love it......this is a readworthy shortstack from something that most have felt...I go through periods of just inactivity due to overproduction..smile

This is so true. Whenever I can't think of what to write, I just think of an event, then write down all the emotions I can attach to it.

Oooh I know that feeling all too well. You have all the emotions ready but they just won't transfer properly into words. It's very infuriating and you captured that perfectly. Wonderfully done. ^^
