Do Not Let Go

Written during troubled times with the love of my life.

You know that she loves you,

You have known from the start.

She has your life in her hands,

She is the one who holds your heart.

You have never loved anyone the way you love her, it is true.

You wish you could help her through this, for her anything you would do.

That demon has possessed her thoughts and her mind.

Before she goes crazy you hope the answers she will find.

You try to show her every day and you give her all that you are.

Has the demon taken her thoughts and her mind too far?

You will not give up; you love her too much to walk away.

You are holding out hope that she has the strength and fights to stay.

You will fight for her as she never gave up throughout the years on you.

One day this will all be over, and you both can start new.

You may get frustrated, upset, and mad.

The two of you may fight and both of you become sad.

Your heart may ache and the tears they may fall.

You do not care though because in the end for her you would risk it all.
