Whatever they say, I didn’t care

But when it comes to you, I easily get affected

With your words that mark in the air

You’re like a sunlight to me
You guided me in my darkest days
I wish you could feel how much you mean to me

Like a blink of an eye
You’ve changed so much within your heart
Now everything we had is Goodbye

My admiration is just a nuisance to you
Now you don’t love me anymore
And there’s nothing I can do

“we’re not meant to be” you said

I don’t want to but I have to forget you

Now, I have to let go of your hands

I fully recognize this feeling. When you love someone, it is hard to let go of their hands. You will always feel that one heart ache as they leave you. Great poem. You told your emotions here very well. Smile.

Sometimes, it is hard to forget a person we have been close to or that has quite an effect on us and our lives. One person can change us in a lot of ways, but we don't notice until it is time to say goodbye. I like the way you described the whole situation, interesting words and emotion. Love is a difficult thing to deal with...it can make us or break us. But in the end, it will only make us stronger.
