It doesn’t work that way

You don’t fear hurting me

But I hold back from hurting you

 

The damage you do me

I can double

No triple

So watch your back

One day I might snap

And we will see just how good you are

Nice work... I was actually smiling as i read it... You are one angry girl!! No, on a serious note I think this might me written in a impromptu manner but it has the capability to hold the reader's attention.. It is fast faced and has a powerful, unapologetic voice that makes it an enjoyable read :)

Wow, this is a real poem and I can somewhat relate to! The first stanzas reminded of when I used to be aggravated of a girl that's supposely my friend that acted like she was everything and could talk to me in any ole way. But the truth is I might be shy and innocent but I could do some damage! Your poems are sometimes an inspiration for me to stand up and show some people that I have what it takes to knock the s**t out of them. I'm happy to read your poems for a boost of confidence, girl! Keep writing, since you're talented. :)
