Words fly from one phrase to another

Words like birds fly,  Without a sky,  In phrases, it swoons  Waking up..  Like the bird,  the words fly,  to another nest,  to another sky Sometimes, it nests in phrases and metaphors, but wakes up from the slumber It flies again,  owned by none, like a w***e

I like this but I do feel you have got to decide if it is one word or many...It should be 'THEY swoon, surely and sometimes THEY nest in phrases...I then think the last piece would read better as 'but WAKE up from the slumber to fly again...just a thought...good idea though, this...I have never tried writing about words this way...well done
