Our little Secret(s): Chapter 1

A Chapter by Stu. T.H.

- Torn page 1 -

On the patch of grass so green,

There lie two young lasses in between,

They share one book under one tall tree,

While one giggles merrily.

Saying Elizabeth,

“Have you gone through it ?”

Head shaken, as the answer’s amiss.

From her anxious expression,

Lisa’s blush darkened,

And it lasted a moment.

Speaking Lisa,

“I have yet to go through it,

The concepts are so… complicated”,

Nodded Lisa as if to reaffirm,

Having the thoughts in her mind sum up in simpler terms,

But unimpressed, Elizabeth continued,

“There must be something you have yet to spill”.

As the two lasses continue their leisure,

A wind came by blowing leaves over,

Startling one while knocking the other,

Resulting in a leaning of one lass onto another.

Struggle, they have found themselves in,

A position in which lovers find much akin,

While Lisa squirmed to find an excuse,

Miss Elizabeth had another attitude.

Teasing Lisa, Elizabeth said,

“How about we turn this into an official date ?”,

Making Lisa lose track of her heart rate.

Gazes were dodged amidst the heated moment,

But there were no lines that needed to be spoken,

As time was recognised to be frozen.

Stern gazes but adoring look,

Spoken Elizabeth as if she was reading a book,

“It was not the tree but my heart that you shook,

So why not take this one step further, however,

Only upon your consent, that my heart falters,

And only then may I seal our kiss,

To end us in friendship and enter loverly bliss.”

Spoken thus, Lisa’s eyes widened,

As her mind fought itself seeking guidance,

Soon her curiosity was satiated, and her heart opened,

Sweetly spoken, the lying girl,

“I’ve known now and beg never to differ,

It was love that I’ve fostered,

And I love you not as a friend, but a lover.”

And thus one leaned down upon the other, sealing their first kiss,

Sending clouds above, amongst each other, on a tryst,

Then there laid on the patch of grass, the old book,

A sapphic novel with many pages, unlooked.
