The Darkness

The world is a dark place.

There is very little light,

And everyday there is a fight.

 

Some people are against a race,

Some people disappear without a trace,

Some people struggle to find a safe place.

 

There is violence on every street,

Hate falls like sleet.

A loss of life is a waste,

Some people like the taste, of blood.
