Half Truths & Utter LiesA Poem by Breezie KaeWritten during 8th grade.
Previous Version This is a previous version of Half Truths & Utter Lies. Walking, footprints embedded in the mud. Feeling like a misty rain, like the one that falls down. With a sad song on my mind, trying to pass some time. Waiting for a voice to guide me, instead of pointing out the obvious, the truth hidden too deep. And they just don't know, the inscriptions in my mind. My life, I made it out of half-truths and utter lies. A shallow layer of faithfulness, covering the mess. © 2010 Breezie KaeReviews
