Threaded-Sleep

Threaded-Sleep

A Poem by Chase Dylan
"

I exist

"
I exist in existential exits
entirely unfit for living
unclear to me if she can take another second of these the not-shiny things
The muddy-praise
bade farewell to musicality
drift into you baby
tease the tiger on ah-leash in ah-cave with bat-wings as she vapes
I'm trapped in ah-gaze that seems to last for eternity
Granted I had a chance to escape the strobe-lights-f*****g up my eyes-I
closed 'em tight stuck-up in diamond-city
rose-twined between fingers
Dropped a cross for a please
please I'm dyin' at her feet
Can't you hear my muted cries of defeat
I feel I fall soundlessly into threaded-sleep

Strobe light affect eyes. They can definitely mess with your eyes and give you a headache.

Sounds like a crazy night in a club and it’s the last place you’d like to be.
