Youthful Choices

Youthful Choices

A Poem by Chase Dylan
"

Inspiration does not always visit, sometimes you must climb the mountain to seek it.

"
Maybe I was born in bliss to tick off the gods of this...
the heavens earth and death
Kings and queens that sit in mud and play pretend with sticks
counterfeit to the last person
As I'm past cursin' with every breath I spend
at last learning I cant force a brush with lenience
Speaking of pain leeched inspiration
I'm reminded...
I got mountainous inheritance of anger
inflicted from my youthful choices of companionship

The easy road is not always the most fruitful. We need to work for the spoils in order to appreciate them and be rewarded the lessons learned. Just my thoughts... 💙
