You'll Get Your Just Dues

You'll Get Your Just Dues

A Poem by Ebits

You "weren't looking" when you found me.
Your behavior still astounds me.
Was I not a "precious jewel?"
Must you treat me like a fool?
You just came to break my heart;
to run your game and play your part.
I see you are the winner, still;
using me to get your thrill.
But you will lose, my friend, one day.
A girl named Karma comes your way,
and she will leave you shattered, broken,
taking your love as a token.
And you will know then, how it feels
to love a love that isn't real.
