Storm

Storm

A Poem by E.V. Black

Drum crashes overhead,

thunderous melody.

Glaring clouds, smoke black,

snap lightning

amongst themselves.

Great noise and

great show.

Then, quiet and rain.

Great release.

Pretty accurate description. I was just sitting on the outside porch as a storm approached overhead. I got a good show. Good poem.
