Wind

Wind

A Poem by sabrina
"

short and made in 2-3 minutes

"

Simply sitting still,

Listening and looking around,

And all is quiet.

Trickling a breeze,

Waking up to walk about,

The softest whispers.

Running through the air,

Speaking with a loud, firm voice,

Singing with power.

I like the contrast: quiet at the start, then ends with "loud, firm voice." You've ANIMATED wind, like it has soul and a heartbeat. Wonderful, Sabrina!

This poem doesn't need to be long becuase it has everythign a poem needs in one. Life, movement, sounds, feelings. You did a wonderful job. This poem I found so interesting becuase I never thought a poem so small could be so intense. Great write!

A great set of haikus! I love the the line "Singing with power." I think the idea that something could sing with power is quite interesting, and it's a good description. : )
