Cha-Ching

Cha-Ching

A Story by Jonathan P

What is he doing, standing behind those mailboxes over there?

I don’t know, something unsavoury, by my estimation

He’s just standing there, It looks like he’s about to hump the space in between

He was over there the other day, with the exact same posture

what the hell is he up to, dressed in blue, peeking over the top?

He looks like an idiot, if he’s still there on our way back I’m going to tell him so

I’ll just be a minute, are you coming in?

nah, that’s alright, I’m going to wait here and see if I can figure out what this silly cop is up to

ohp, OK, so he’s making notes now? He’s running this way. Oh s**t, is he coming at me? what the hell did I do? Really?! he’s pulling that cab over on foot? how did he get stuck on this s****y assignment.

“knock knock, Hi, I’m going to need you to go around the corner and pull over”.

He’s looking me right in the eye as he walks towards the street corner to capture his prey.

His eyes light up.

“Cha-Ching!”, he exclaims and off he goes.
