Ballerina Exquisite

Ballerina Exquisite

A Poem by paradise

Ballerina,Ballerina

Had Hopes and Dreams

A "Perfect" Toy Doll

with Broken Seams

Ballerina,Ballerina

Anorexia haunted her for the

rest of her life

It hurt so much she

turned to the knife.

Ballerina, Ballerina

The cuts were small

Then they got deeper

My Ballerina started to fall

Ballerina,Ballerina

Her dance is perfect

No Flaws

But her

Nightmare Monster

Haunts with Claws

Ballerina, Ballerina

The shadow It haunts

Will Never leave

It stays to taunt

Ballerina,Ballerina

With Fairytale Scars

Who Dances with

Grace

Goes to far.

Anorexia Killed Her

Tore Her Apart

Made Her Weak

Then Broke Her Heart

Musicbox Melodies

With Flawless Beat

Carries A Tune

She would Never

Meet.

I like this one. It reminds me of Francesca Lia Block. The beauty and the pain of keeping it are right there.
