hypnotic

hypnotic

A Poem by Fran Marie

Hypnotic

A soothing condition your love bestows
I'm captivated under your charming spell
gazing into blazing eyes
victim to a hypnotic trance sublimely strong

Each moment treasured and cherished well
mesmerized by your love surreal
No control, have I, nor want or need
your magic has me hypnotized

Describing my destiny,I'm at your will
with each new dawn, stronger love grows
Residing in your arms,'tis there I belong
disarming my defense to a hypnotic love,I concede.

Fran, I think this is my favorite from you. I agree with every word Caffeine that The unconscious dominates strongly over the conscious, taking us to places and making us do things that the head would have never allowed." My favorite line is this one, though, it was very hard to choose in this piece.
No control, have I, nor want or need
your magic has me hypnotized

Outstanding piece of work, Fran, truly!!!!!!

Wow, very moving. This reminds me strongly of my feelings for Crystal. All she needs to do is look at me and I'm smitten once more. This was very well written. Thanks to Caffiene for sending it to me and to you for writing such a beautiful piece.

wow, fran, this is a surrender of emotion,
that has an entrancing effect in way of
pronounced, passionate wording, eloquent
by design, descriptively charming, creatively
ambitious regarding the energetic flow and
form of thought, this brilliantly conveyed, take care, mike

Your poem is hypnotic. It is so romantic that I just simply became lost in the romance of your words. It is a beautiful romantic poem, Fran. I could almost hear the words being whispered, in a love trance. if that makes sense.

I think this would make some really cool lyrics for a song! Just need to add a chorus in between. My bud Terry is a guitarist/composer would you mind if he took a look at this? Hypnotic Love great song title. I liked the flow and symmetry of this write. The image was effective also, just an eye but what a mood it sets on this. The passion in your poetry is always strong making it very emotional and pulling the reader in, good stuff girl, good stuff. Keep it up! Roxy
