Memories

A Poem by Rika

In this world were nothing comes true
Were every thing is so blue
A memory that is so fond
A memory that’s off and on
I just with I could remember the good
That’s something that I should
But instead all that I remember
Is all of the danger
Of this dark harden world

Very true!

This one just brings out how reality is!
It's honest and powerful at the same time.
As long as there's something bad, there's something good.

Light and darkness.

It's like the quote from Assassin's Creed,
"Nothing is true. Everything is permitted."

Only if the world were so beautiful like when we were children, I guess it would be peaceful indeed. But reality bites since life is a hard struggle. It's a harsh and cruel world out there.

Thanks for this one!

Very good, It relates to most human minds, only able to remember the negative and not the possitive. Well done! ^^

Here's my take on this one:

In this world where nothing seems true
Where everything seems so blue
My memory that is so fond
A memory that's off, then on
I just wish I could remember all the good
That's something that I should
Instead all that I remember
Is all the harm and danger
In this dark and hardened world

This my understanding of what you have written. Please feel free to use anything helpful and flush anything contrary to what you have intended to convey.

This is a very good poem; justs needs a little TLC here and there.

Am I close to your message?

Very honest piece true to the heart... when we should remember the good sometimes we can only recall the bad times in life, well done, strong piece ;)

so true, my friend, the world is so full of danger, it feels like we have to be on offensive and defense all the time, all at once.
