i feel

deep pain,

your words

trickling

onto the page

from heart

young, broken

deeply sensitive

flower plucked

hurled into

a numb

void

we live, share

via the internet

you share

“the blades, my

secret friend”

far from you

yet in pain

i know you,

your writing

is you reaching

for light

like a

tree in

winter
