The Goddess of Uncertainty

Dedicated to my sister who was on a rampage to find a man, and when she couldn't she blamed herself. But one must love oneself before one is ready for another.

The Goddess of Uncertainty
has yet to spread her wings
living in the darkness,
much sadness as she sings

A voice that is so beautiful
yet there's pain within her song,
she does not understand
what it is that she did wrong

The pressure moves onto her eyes
the doubt will play its role,
pushing back the pain inside
she fights for the control

The doubt moved on
like little waves onto the crashing seas,
happy for the life inside
she sings into the breeze

No more sorrow in her life
she finally understands,
the pain she carried for so long
dissolved within her hands

The Goddess of Uncertainty
is soaring through the sky,
singing to the sunset
and the birds as they pass by

What a right shithole that uncertainty is.
The visual of her eviscerating someone's feelings, making you question everyting, weight, color, height, etc just to be finally freed and she has the nerve to move through the birds whistling doing what she does best.

Like areverse muse, is it her fault, or is she just doing her job?
