SEPTEMBER MORN

You stepped out of my dreams

into my September morn

dappled sunlight caressing

autumn’s coloured leaves

bright and perfect

love bloomed from shadows of the

night into the full embrace

of the warming sun

touching

our souls with the heat

of a poet’s passion

the haunting harmony

of a soft symphony

played in our happy hearts

beating as metronomes

in perfect rhythm to the

dance of love in

sacred garden of delights ~

Helena Dear,
It is truly I whom sincerely and gratefully "thank You" for sharing these enthrallingly beautiful words of sheer tenderness to Autumnal love and affection — my heart dips a swooning sigh with the sweetness of your poetic voice!
This wondrously warming moment of sensations, inspired by your endearing words, so deeply-sensual and gentle to the senses, have stirred my fervor, virtually melting me into my socks … such is the glorious power of excellently composed poetry.
Please, forgive me for wandering back to your first posting, Helena … I wanted a fresh glimpse of you, and how wondrously pleasing it is.

The poem, the picture? Obviously, I love them! : )
Thank you so very-very much for sharing your heavenly sweet heart and alluring skills … hugs! ⁓ Richard

'September Morn'
Helen Margaret Crutchett,
This poem is one of words which are sweet and kind..I understand the softness and the nurturing feeling which emanates from your words. Not a confusing or fast paced experience portrayed but just slow and a process of love explained with natural metaphors which I love. Nature's beauty and giving qualities!
Blessings,
Kathy

Fluidity grows as one reads the lines to this verse... a reader can be enumerated by the content and carried through an escape in time...

Although spring must be in the air in September in Oz, I love your rendition of fall embracing summer.
