A New Year

Murghhhhhhhhh

Another summer passed

One more break gone

Soon enough I'll be

As free as them all

Two years to go

I can hardly wait

Then I can leave

Get out of this place

I need to get ready

There's no time to waste

But I doubt that I

Should really make haste

The break was long

I hated it so much

Being alone a lot

Was too big a push

Warm or pretty

Why should it matter

When they don't see me

As more than a bother?

I need to dress

I need to pack

I should try next time

To think of all that
