I Don't Mind.

I Don't Mind.

A Poem by Chemical Kitten
"

Because I love you.

"
I don't changing your diapers,
or rocking you to sleep.
It's not a bother to hold your bottle,
and to wipe your face clean is no feat.

I'll hold your paci in place for hours,
just to make sure that you don't cry.
I can't keep you happy forever,
But the lord knows how hard I'll try.

I don't care that you spit up so much,
you have to change clothes three times a day.
I don't mind taking you everywhere,
or if on my chest is where you lay.

You are my favorite baby sister,
and there's nothing I wouldn't do
to catch a glimpse of your lovely smile.
You're adorable and I love you.

This was a wonderful poem! So full of compassion and caring. It shines high on my level of humanities positive attributes.
One minor suggestion.... line one... "I don't (mind?) changing your diapers,"
I think the line would make more sense with that extra word. =)

Great Ink!
