Blanket of Snow

My first try with a Haiku poem. Not sure if it is right but it was fun to try !

The first snowflake fell
Giving way to another
Until one is all.

Though mostly ignorant in the ways of poetry, I know when I like something, and I like this. So many poems I see don't tell me anything worthwhile, but not so with this one. There's a portrait of the snow's beauty, but more importantly, a message about unity and inclusiveness. E Pluribus Unim--out of many, one.
