All it took was

A clumsy collision

For Carlo and Judas

To become enemies

At least that’s what Naye thought

 

They spent the next

Five minutes arguing

About who bumped into

Whom�"Naye crossed her arms

Judas shoved Carlo hard

 

Von stepped between

The teens and said, “Chill out.”

“Who the hell is this guy?”

Judas yelled. Von glared and

Said, “Stick to the mission.”

 

Yasmine giggled

Carlo shoved Judas back

“What’s your problem with me?”

Carlo glared at Judas

“I’m sorry, Von,” he said.

 

Carlo turned and

Walked down the next hall; Von

Tried to follow him, “Let

Him go,” Judas complained.

Von glared at him and ran

 

“Wait up, Carlo,”

Von called out after him.

He grabbed his shoulder and

Stopped the teen; his face was

Covered in shame and something else

 

“I’m sorry about

Judas,” Von defended,

“He’s been feeling down since

His uncle got arrested.”

“Don’t leave yet,” Von smiled.

 

Carlo smiled

“How can someone so cool

Be friends with him,” Carlo asked.

Von looked at his feet

“History and chance,” he grinned.

  

“Maybe someday,

We’ll have history and

A chance,” Carlo whispered.

Von’s cheeks burned as Carlo’s

Mouth met his and he kissed him

 

Von was breathless

As Carlo’s hand caressed

His hair�"Judas cleared his throat

“We’re waiting for you,”

Von jumped out of the kiss

 

Judas glared down

At his friend�"razor eyes

He walked back down the hall

“Jealous much?” Carlo remarked.

Judas turned and jumped him

 

The teens wrestled

Punching and rolling; Von

Stood there frozen in shock

Yasmine and Naye pulled up

“What the hell,” Yasmine yelled.

 

Von shook his head

“Stop!” Yasmine screamed, then the

Sound of a crash from one

Of the labs forced the teens

To pause chills spreading fast
