Fist

Fist

A Poem by JacqMarie
"

trying to relax my emotions

"

The company of fingers curl together into my palm

the sweat swells and gathers in my creased, wrinkled lifeline

I've seen this before,

my nails dig right in the middle

to open my fist, my knuckles are resistant

they curve naturallly inward

and I tap, tap on the table

They say to open an infants fist, you must rub gentle along the back of their hand

what for me?

About
I write to feel better, or to feel something. I find myself very detached from my reality and especially my relationships there in. I've always been this way, daily life can feel like a movie and I'm .. more..
