I enjoyed the short lines, intellectual nibbles, remarks on human development. To me, the basic statement is that as we cross chronological mileposts we're expected to conform to certain social rules of conduct. And with greater freedom comes more responsibility. With each wise decision and positive act we bring honor to our friends, family and ourselves. Or we may bring shame. Ok, I'm getting off my soapbox. Your poem is easy to read, understandable and has a smooth flow to it. Nicely done.

I can remember when I turned 13. >.> It was a difficult time to say the least, but a time worth reliving I suppose because at least then there was still a certain amount of innocence. Anyways I loved this. XD
